1. PRIVACY & SECURITY POLICY

At J&D we are committed to providing you the ultimate wholesale jewelry buying experience through our products, ease of buying, and customer service, while maintaining your privacy and security. To better serve you, J&D may collect and maintain customer information. Signing up to receive emails, using the shopping cart, or emailing us are examples of how this information is collected. Protecting your privacy is a top priority, and J&D will never give, rent, or sell any customer information to outside parties.

2. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order. A return authorization is required for all returns. To get a return authorization number, please call us toll-free at 866-997-4227 or email us at returns@janddtrading.com. The white J&D tag must still be attached to any returned item. Understandably, custom pieces & sale items are final sales.

3. REPAIR POLICY

For most items, repair service is available for a small parts & labor fee. Please call us toll-free at 866-997-4227 for further details.

4. SHIPPING POLICY

We ship via UPS. Your order will be shipped in a timely manner. If the jewelry you have ordered is not available for immediate shipment, you will be notified. Please note when selecting a shipping method (ex: Next Day, 2nd Day) that this refers only to the shipping method used, not necessarily when the shipment will arrive. You will receive a tracking number via email upon shipment. (naturally, expedited shipping rates cost more, rates shown below). We ship via UPS & charge a flat rate for all shipments within the U.S. (of course expedited shipping rates cost more). Please contact us for International shipping rates.

5. BACK ORDER POLICY

We do our best to keep inventory on our website current, but in the rare occurrence that something has been discontinued or is out of stock, we will notify you immediately of the estimated waiting period & give you the option to remove the item from your order or replace it with another item.
